Install and Adjust the WIPER TRANSMISSION

In this video, I cover the C3 Corvette windshield Wiper Transmission, including the splined bases, the rotating crank arm, the wiper rods and arms, and the wiper blades.
The Corvette wiper transmission is a complex system and one that can damage windshield trim pieces if not adjusted properly. And in addition, the wipers will get damaged and fail to perform as intended by the manufacturer.
Adjusting the windshield wiper transmission can be done properly in under thirty minutes, provided you have some basic tools available, including a 3/8" socket and ratchet.
From there you just need to do small adjustments and keep cycling the wiper system to gauge results, then repeat as many times as necessary to obtain the perfect wiping pattern.
The video also covers some of the basics such as installing and removing wiper blades. Plus a complete restoration of the system to better-than-new condition.
