This feels like advice you need yourself and also to people who still struggle to love themselves. Personally to me, none of this helped because I've already incorporated all of these habits last year in 2018 lol 😅 and I can't relate to any of the bad habits you said. I didn't get Netflix until October in 2019 😂 and I just don't get why you would give your time away to people that don't deserve you. Like what? You're a diamond. Realize it and own it 💪

Since I don’t do hot yoga, I don’t really sweat during my practice so I don’t feel the need to tie my hair or remove my makeup. Same for dancing or figure skating. But whatever works for you 😉
