Hey lovelies, since 2019 is here, I really wanted to switch things up on my channel and bring daily vlogs back! I am going to post 7 daily vlogs in a row (please keep your fingers crossed for me lol), and see this as a try out how you and I like it! Been following you for a long time from the Netherlands, and I also struggle So much with taking breaks. At the moment I’m in the last month of my masters’ thesis, I’m moving to a new appartement next week; and I have a meeting for a ‘stage’ at a large company. Next to This, I also need to Work, but I’m taking a break and Will only Work one Day a week. However, this really feels like I’m failing or something.
However, now that I sent the e-mail to Work I feel soooo relieved! Thankyou for the beautiful video’s you make which make me feel relaxed and accomplished at the Same time

Regarding vlogging... I love that you want to challenge yourself, but the perfectly edited weekly vlogs are almost a signature on this channel, to me at least. I'm open to the new (old) format, but I guess I'm a creature of habit. I like the weekly vlog!
Of course, I'd be super excited to have a daily dose of Lily ;)
I actually wanted to ask you sth, which could also be a video topic, maybe. It sounds lame but I have NO self discipline. And I know, it's like a muscle, you have to excercise. Sometimes I stay on top of things and I slay. But sometimes... whenever the stakes are high, I become unable to focus. It's like my brain is broken and doesn't want to work with me anymore.
I just butchered a final paper, even though I invested so much time in the subject this semester.
Any tips on... self discipline 101/ how to start with no will-muscle? You're an true role model in that respect, but I believe it still is difficult sometimes to get to work, even when you made it a habit. I'd like to know how you deal with all this... I don't believe in motivation, for me it's an empty concept that people throw at you in every situation. I'd love it if your explication did not rely solely on this concept !

I think you should do daily vlogs from time to time: I love them but they mean a great deal of work for you and I'm worried you'll burn yourself out....Maybe you could do them like this time when there's a specific topic you want to talk about and can divide in seven parts...or when you'll go somewhere on vacation for longer period of times, you could post a short video everyday or post seven videos about your entire vacation.
