    Shirsasana Part 1 teaches you 4 asanas; Padagusthasana,
    Padahastasana, Adho Mukha Savanasana, and Matsya Krida which will really help you to get into Sirsasana without injury.
    When you can do all 4 asanas without struggle,
    then you know that your body has the stability to practice Sirsasana!
    When you feel your body is calling you and your mind is free from thoughts, it means you are ready! In this video, we will continue the next step to get into the final position.
    There are different techniques from different schools to get to Sirsasana. The Indea Yoga method breaks Shirsasana into 6 steps which you can learn progressively and feel your body breath and mind in every moment.
    When you're ready, come on to the mat!

    Sir..i don't know how...but i tried it 4-5 before..and my hand muscle vry much feel pain..today i just open your your...nd when i am in 2 step and wait for 10 sec...i did it vry easily...i am vry surprised...but thanku..

    I could only get into headstand by kicking up in the past, and I thought I would never be able to do this version. However, I watched this video yesterday, and I am able to do this version of headstand today! I really appreciate your very well explained and demonstrated tutorial. Namaskar.

    why so difficult? Do the shoulder stand. put yoga blocks on the sides and stand on shoulders. It will be same benefit, reversing the blood. Weight is on shoulders and better balance next to wall.

    I can hold step 4 for 30 secs but can’t lift my leg after that.. I’m falling back

      You can Practice Matsya Krida , and Pada Hastasana, Adhomukha Svanasana more which can help to build core strength and prepare yourself for all inversion asanas
