DON'T:

❌ Don't use this video when you are feeling stressed and anxious. It's not meant to be soothing; it's meant to test your focus.

✅ Play this video in the background once you're learned a piece and are preparing to play it in public.
✅ Use this video to test your ability to tune out background noises and keep playing through mistakes.
✅ Use this video to locate iffy moments in a newly-memorized piece.
✅ If possible, place your device somewhere behind your strings where the moving pictures will create additional visual distractions.

What a fascinating array of carpeting and flooring you can find on cruise ships, senior living centers, country clubs, churches, concert halls and wedding venues! And lighting! And distracting noises! Be ready for them all by practicing with them at home.
🔔 Sound effects include weather sounds, talking, cell phone notifications, camera noises, water bottle noises, program noises, people giving compliments, people asking questions, whispering, coughing, babies crying, harps tuning, doors closing, footsteps, church bells ringing, applause: all sounds you learn to filter out while performing in public.
