The part that got me about this, the intro, starts with an old lady wandering the woods, and you totally forget about her by the end of it
For Fooster and Fisk, the joke was that Jacob mispronounced wheelbarrow. He said wheelbarrel, instead of wheelbarrow.

Ive heard it pronounced both ways. But wheel barrel makes more sense as thats exactly what it is. A barrel on a wheel.
@@johnblack8872 Unless someone is super focused on spelling or reads older literature I think it is more normal to mis-hear the term as barrel. The term 'barrow' is rarely used, especially in the USA, except in older words like wheelbarrow or in the fantasy genre where it can mean a mound, like a burial mound, among other things.
The words Hacket's-Quarry mean either/both; a stone-quarry owned by the Hacket family, and/or prey hunted by the Hacket's.
This game is really good. Everything about it from the character development to the back story to the choices made.
This isn't a game... it's an interactive movie at best

In this video, at the end of Chapter 1 (1:30:23) when the list of the choices and the percentages for each vote are listed, the ones it shows are wrong! You both voted to take the rotor arm (easy fix) and you DID get the bags out of the cabin. I'm confused by this, and wonder if it is a bug in the game. I'm also a bit concerned that it may have a detrimental influence on the outcome! I paused the video and scanned the comments to see if someone mentioned it and didn't see any.

I've played a few of the games you two have played and when I've watched, especially this one, I was like they're missing so much lol, but I've played the quarry a few times, as there are different endings and different collectables that depend on your choices.
I love watching these kind of videos all the way to the end. You really get into the story line and now I can't wait for the next long episode to come out. Please release it soon.

The slogan in front of the cabin that says "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" I believe it's intended for the werewolf part. Cause you need to get bit, the wounds on the camp members are horrific but, at the end they turn into something stronger then a human - werewolf.
The fact she got no actual confirmation that it was okay to arrive a day early super annoyed me.

I will say this now. I've been to military camp in the UK etc. I've also been wild camping, go out into the woods and wilderness by myself, including in other countries where there is much more dangerous wildlife. Never travel at night or leave the safety of your tent, cabin, bunk etc unless you have to. Always and I mean always have a knife or a hatchet. You never know when you might need it. A knife or hatchet never runs out of ammo and is always ready. If you have a torch its a bonus. But always be ready to fight. And climb. Get good at climbing and hiding. Water-as long as you don't live in an area with sharks or crocodiles-is always a defence against most predators. Most big cats will avoid water. Bears and canines will not however. Bar small species of bear you can outclimb most. Canines-always climb and do not engage-the pack is always never far behind and a wolf bites down with 1200 psi-screw with that and you are stupid. Never try and run away-ever. And train your eyes to low light levels. Try and stay sober but if you do drink or smoke some wacky baccy have water with you to sober up. That's my advice. And if you know you are going to die, don't die cowering, die fighting.

Fun fact: most map apps can download offline maps. Most of the time, even when not connected to a cell tower, you can still use GPS.
You have to download them when you have data though, GPS is useless if you don't have the corresponding map data
