  • Wintertodt was the first skilling boss introduced to OSRS, giving players an engaging way of skilling and earning great rewards. In the minigame-style boss, players subdue a terrifying ice boss in hopes of receiving massive amounts of experience, resources, and a chance at that sweet Phoenix pet!
The experience rates you'll be able to earn at Wintertodt scale with the various skills used in the activity. Namely, Firemaking, Woodcutting, and Fletching. Firemaking is the main skill that players come here to train, so we'll focus on that. According to the Wiki, feeding bruma roots only, you can expect anywhere from 161,000 to 320,000 Firemaking experience per hour, depending on your Firemaking level. If you are using kindling, that decreases to between 135,000 and 270,000 experience per hour.

Honestly hands down the best WT guide I've seen, great overview and very detailed.
I only have one question, do you write down your commentary and follow it or freely speak?

I write everything down, only improvising here and there. I'm writing these guides in a format for the blog first, and then adapting them into these. Do you think I could benefit from improvising more?

Will say for irons. Soloing wt is really nice for the account. Was able to get 63 construction by the time I hit 93 firemaking and took less then 50kc. Also I did tempoross till 60-70 fishing for a good portion of extra food but used like 2k-3k cakes stolen from cake stalls as food.

I didn't actually realize the construction exp was that substantial. That's huge!

@King Karuulm it's different. Someone tried my idea got to 58. But still good. Also I did 13k+ points each game. But each game caps out at 13k. Just had to kill wt in order to finish so finish with more then 13k points

Does there really need to be a guide for Wintertodt though? Chop logs, burn logs, eat to not die, repeat until 99 fm.

Honestly you're not wrong, but there are a lot of people who don't want to read the wiki and feel like they need a little more information before they'll try content they haven't done before.
