Very interesting video! What kind of mount do you use on your tripod for your antenna and radial? I am new to the hobby and can't really find much from these kind of mounts.

The antenna mount is home made. I used a old pice of an flash light mount. The BNC side is a 13mm hole and a BNC-F to BNC-F adapter with mounting screw. The other side is a 6mm hole and a old "photo-nut". Vy 73

Do they make an antenna for 40 meters like yours? I cant seem to find any online, thank you
I think that. But I coul'd not find any too. There are antennas like that from MFJ and so on. It is possible to get one. But keep in mind that on 40m your active part on the antenna is much smaler. (1m active, 9m energy burning coil, compared to 1m active, 4m energy burning coil on 20m) 73

Ich wollte den Kanal international halten. Ich sehe Amateurfunk als globales Hobby an und möchte so auch "allen" die Möglichkeit geben meine Videos zu schaun und in die Diskussion einsteigen zu können. Ich bin aber noch am überlegen ob es vielleicht auch mal ein Video auf Deutsch geben wird. Aktuelle Statistik zeigt mit 6% Zuschauer aus Deutschland. Danke aber für den Hinweis. Der Kanal ist noch sehr jung und ich muss mir noch überlegen in welche Richtung es gehen soll. Feedback ist da sehr willkommen. Vy73
