What is #ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response - it's that nice tingling feeling you might get when someone whispers or speaks softly close to your ears or when you hear tapping or scratching sounds or when you get a head massage or any kind of personal attention. Oooooh I really loved that video ☺
I actually already watched it and took a nap after not sleeping well last night... The facial nerve with the taste test is my 2nd favorite part of the CNE bc of the triggers 😊 And this is another part I don't see that much emphasis in regular videos, so I loved that's 23 min long! 🥰
And loved the tears and saliva test in the end of the video, this is a test I almost don't see that in CNE ASMR videos... 👀 It made it more realistic, so thank you so much for that Birch 🤗 Can't wait to see the other parts of your CNE series!
And fun fact: I failed that tear and saliva test irl 🥴 But it was due to an autoimmune disorder (Sjögren) rather than a CN damage, but this helped me to get a diagnosis (I always struggled with chronic health issues, it just got worse during my teen years/adulthood 🥲)

And about my Sjögrens: it's under control now, thankfully I caught it pretty early on and that CNE (that I made it for another reason) helped me a lot to that! So no worries, at least that particular condition isn't bothering me thankfully ☺
