ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response - it's that nice tingling feeling you might get when someone whispers or speaks softly close to your ears or when you hear tapping or scratching sounds or when you get a head massage or any kind of personal attention. @@SpiritBox01 don’t worry about the question. And he never says that, he says that all it really is is a constant tingling in his wrist. He wears a brace when he’s home to try and counteract or fix the pain

Just showed up to say that I love your videos, it helps me a lot to fall asleep or stay calm during the day (like at work) 💖
And it's such a coincidence about a carpal tunnel syndrome video, I'm unfortunately dealing with so much pain from it lately and it's been so hard to work (I work with IT) bc of it 🥲 The meds are kinda helping, but still feeling so much pain and numbness after work 😔
