Never be fooled by this scammer. Ask for video call before giving any money. So easy to be fooled.
When a scammer asks to pay for the release, play along and act like you really blur. Then tell them you transfer to the wrong bank account and tell them you got hundreds over thousands and bank a deposit within 24 hours to unfreeze the bank account.

about online money scam ..I have never seen the case solved..only the mediator has been arrested but the master mind the police can even find him that who is he..

if you see most scammer videos, they are like a syndicate and are working from different countries which makes it very difficult to track. Plus even if the masterminds are caught, there would always be new syndicates and scammers and the money scammed most probably wouldnt be returned anyways.
The easiest solution to scammers would just be to educate people (esp the elderly, less educated) on how to spot scam calls and messages and to not be emotionally vulnerable to such frauds
