Just picked it up at Bloomingdales it’s fantastic. A cross between baccarat 540 and oud for greatness .
Just saw your video that his was now available here in the US. Had to order a sample right away from your store because I love PDM. If I like the scent I’ll have to pull the trigger on a full bottle.
It's a little familiar, but extremely well done. I get pine heavily, and I love it

Reminded me of Roja Dove's Kingdom of Bahrain upon first spray. Also has some similarities to Oud for Greatness as mentioned in the video. Very nice. 👍

It's really fresh gentlemanly fougere entry level Oud scent.
Hi Joel. I have had a 10ml sample since before Christmas. I'm very impressed with it but it's currently a Harrods Exclusive. Hopefully it'll appear elsewhere in due course. It reminds me of a mix of Initio's Oud for Greatness and Oud for Happiness. I'm hopeful that I can eventually get it elsewhere as Amouage Overture was another Harrods Exclusive but it has recently popped up on a UK discounter at a fantastic price - it will probably sell out quickly so I have ordered a bottle.

What's the difference between oud for greatness and this? I have OFG, and don't want to blind buy and get a redundant bottle.

I feel like one of the notes in their is also found in some axe spray which I don't remember the name of so that makes it a bit of a letdown for me personally, but the quality is there

Please, I would be happy if the perfume nichs lovers answer especially, nish perfumes can have slightly different and difficult smells and they are synthetic or plasticy and these are of course bad examples. Will buying and using a perfume cause regret and I hope it is not a smell that people will not like, especially the opposite sex will turn their noses up, and I hope it is not a smell that you will enjoy on a holiday in the hot season. Can I get your recommendations for perfumes that are not too fresh for dinner and afterwards, thank you (because fresh perfumes are very perfumes that go smoothly and can be used for breakfast or during the day.🙄
I wish it was easier to get a hold of exclusives in the EU. Even without the ability to test it or even buy a sample it is almost impossible to blind buy the whole thing...
Wym. Just use their website and most large niche parfumeries carry it so you can also get it irl. I live in Ljubljana and i just tried it lest week.

Thank u Joel, will get the product. I love their juice. The bottle is cheap looking plastic. Image if it was a glass green lightly tinted bottle. The packaging needs an upgrade.

No. It's glass. All Marly bottles are glass (of course). This one, like Layton, Percival, Carlisle, Galloway, Byerley, and Kalan, are just painted with a slightly rough-textured "sea-glass" feeling paint, whereas the Arabian Breed Collection, and Herod and Pegasus are painted with a glossy-finish paint. The rest (Sedley, Greenley, Darly, Shagya, etc...) are either clear, or clear stained). But ALL PdM bottles are glass.
@@awkwardme5375i was about to say, has this "the bottle is cheap looking plastic" guy ever held a PDM bottle? lol. I think he meant to say, they look like. He doesn't like the look, fair, because the packaging is actually nice in hand IMO.

@@mikeleta9340 I see what you're saying. From the video, i can see how you could deduce that it looks like plastic, or ''cheap". I own several Marly bottles (I do like the house - especially pre-2021 batches), and I can definitely say that, in-person, they don't look cheap AT ALL. They're crazy heavy, the painted finish looks and feels really high quality (you can see the juice level with a flashlight in a dark room), and the bottlwa just have a nice, heavy, expensive feel, with nice carving.
I think the video is slightly overexposed, making it look a bit flat.
I'm not super interested in this release, but I would still recommend you sample ones like Layton, Herod, Pegasus, Carlisle, Oajan, Habdan, Percival, Sedley, Greenly, and Galloway. $25 can get you a 10ml atomizer (in Facebook groups) and that's PLENTY to get a good thorough feel for something. Best of luck!
Just got a sample in the mail and my very first instinct , was something Very Familiar, it took me a minute to recall but I believe it smells very (Familiar) , similar to the old school green polo from the early 90’s. Smells great , and Very Familiar to my nose. But now I gotta buy polo green to see side by side, 🥴
