Miguel's action can basically be summed up to "The most dangerous creation of any society is the man who has nothing to lose." James Baldwin
Miguel's character embodies the intensity of someone who has faced great loss and is driven by a powerful sense of justice, @IFearNoManButIFearGod! The quote you shared resonates deeply with his journey.
Resident Evil's HUNK finally got his own movie!
LMFAO
Who?
Exactly what RE fans are thinking
@@kangtrisk Hunk is a character in one of the resident evil games. He wears a similar mask. Think hunk is his call sign.

Moral of the story:
There is only one way corrupt government will be held accountable.
The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. - Jefferson
@@123kinged One Guillotine coming up!
The movie's portrayal highlights the urgency of holding corrupt governments accountable, @yoshisaidit7250! It underscores the importance of fighting for justice in the face of systemic corruption.
"Killing someone's life with one hit" Love the choice of words there
The choice of words indeed captures the visceral nature of Miguel's actions, @someaustralianguy2366! It reflects the raw emotion and impact of his quest for justice.
I consider the police officer who was against Miguel the problem as well. When you are against, you are for. That's how I honestly feel.
well there are laws to follow, but in some cases the laws are against you as well
He had a misunderstanding
Amazingly stated!
The complexity of the characters, including the police officer, adds depth to the narrative, @ReyMaccOfficial! It raises important questions about complicity and accountability in the face of corruption.
I wholeheartedly disagree with the last line that violence against those who themselves have no problem using violence to escape justice, while continuing to rape and pillage the people, is NOT the way to go. Sometimes THAT is exactly the only justice that can be met.
Exactly! If you live by the sword then you die by the sword!
You're wrong
By using violence you end up hurting so many innocent victims. Like the innocent bodyguards of the corrupt politicians. They are innocent and doing a legal job to feed their families. Yet they end up being dead because one "justice" seeker decides to use violence to eliminate the bad guy. Those guards are humans too and may have never been involved in any corrupt practices. This is just one example to elaborate the point. Violence hurts more innocent victims than the criminal
@@broniabdul-razak110 Let's use the Clintons as an example of people who have had people and pets killed, laundered money, committed acts of treason, were gun and drug runners, and who have enjoyed living their lives with total impunity. The only way that the world will see any meaningful justice against them, would be from the barrel of a gun. The question is, who is willing to pull the trigger?
I think violence would be the last option.
@@kendonl.taylor5111 And, while your holding out hope that someone else will take care of the problem, how many more innocent lives are you willing to sacrifice in the name of indecision?
It’s not about being seen as the good guy in the story. It’s about making sure the good guys win.
Absolutely, @ejnorth8040! The essence of the story lies in the triumph of justice over corruption, regardless of who is seen as the protagonist.
Sorry but corruption and lack of justice means that being a vigilante should be the answer
Ken Mcleroy or whatever is a good example
Yep
i know when he said vigilantism isnt the answer i blurted out was is the answer then?
Very true as when corruption prevents justice from being served or when justice can't be served because of other acts such as in a major problem here in the US females getting free rides for criminal acts against males simply because they are female. Now I do t mean that in sense that females should be targeted. As we could reverse the thing saying that females are so manipulative that they can't be trusted so they must be the bad guy and the male always the victim. It just when regardless when guilty people/parties go free and unpunished or not face the same consequences as the rest for corrupt or other reasons. The entire point of a justice system fails. Vigilanties could be a very valuable means to solve this. But then there is the issue of when and who gets to decide when it's warranted. As an uncontrolled means of it would become no less then the anarchy movies. Thus leaves us right back to where we started. The only real solution be 0 corruption and true honest justice system which will most likely never happen.
Ken Mcleroy was a good example because he terrorized a town and injured peoples for his crime sprees to the point where the town have had enough. Because the justice system was so flawed, the FBI came only after the bastard was dead, murdered by the town
@@josephwellborn2185 “remember kids, you can always fight corruption of people who bend the very law to their wills by using that same law against them! Killing the bastards who deserve it and because it’s the only way to really stop them isn’t the answer!!1!!!11!!1!”
Before there was this punisher dude with skull shirt no mask, then the V dude with guy fawkes mask. Now we have the awakener dude with poison mask... I wanna see him in the next movie!
my guy that’s a gas mask
The design of gas mask impress me because you look like death
then you truely miss out on this great classic. the Exterminator. no CGI, just pure mayhem. czcams.com/video/p9G2K1g73oQ/video.html
@@Skaarxiong1 that movie was awesome back in the day! A cult classic for sure with his signature flamethrower!
Lucky it's not an N95 mask.
As a Brazilian, I'm speechless by how well the political plot of this movie mimics reality
As an Indian I was amazed how it reflects the reality.
Well this movie was made a little later after Dilma impeachment where various cases of corruption pop out in the media, like the "operation car wash/operação lava-jato" (the biggest case of corruption in Brazil if and one of the biggest cases in the world) so it's very based on real life
The parallels between the movie and real-life political situations add depth and relevance to the narrative, @renatogameplays7602! It's a testament to the movie's insightful portrayal of societal issues.
It's not a misery if you die fighting corruption. Justice needs to be saved at any cost.
Miguel's unwavering commitment to justice underscores the sacrifices necessary to fight corruption, @omidhimmati! It's a testament to his character's strength and resolve.
How cool is the name The Awakener . I wonder if my father was a wakener he would wake me up in the middle of the night just to prove 😂😂
Hahahahaha
Lol
Originally it's O Doutrinador. Which translates to The Indoctrinator.
"The Awakener" certainly has a captivating title that reflects the intensity of its storyline, @Scandleofficial! Your father's wake-up calls might pale in comparison to Miguel's awakening to corruption and injustice.
We need more men like that in this world who can make the hard choices.
Indeed, @JamesBrown-vt9kr! Miguel's character exemplifies the courage to make difficult decisions in pursuit of justice, serving as a symbol of resilience and determination.
Long live Miguel. We need more of his type in today's world because things have gotten way out of hand.
Miguel's character represents the archetype of someone willing to challenge the status quo for the greater good, @numbzinger350! His actions inspire reflection on the nature of justice and heroism.
When trying to uphold justice and do what's right but in the end justice is blind...
The concept of justice, especially in the face of corruption, is indeed portrayed as a complex and multifaceted issue in the movie, @grom4games! It prompts viewers to ponder the limitations and possibilities of justice in society.
There are other ways to fight corrupt government?
I'd like to know which ones actually work 🤔
Well you could.. Who am I kidding. When everyone is paid off or blackmailed, there are no other options. But you should start at the top and go down.

Vigilantism is the only way to fight mafia and corruption. So, miss me with that bs.
The thing is that you aren't preventing crime from happening, you are only fighting against them, crime will always be with us unless you prevent crime from happening in the first place
@@R1cardoo yeah when has that ever worked buddy?? Corrupt officials dont give af who loses their lives(innocent or not) in their pursuit of power. They are blinded by greed. Fk em all they deserved what they got.
@@R1cardoo Vengeance is in our blood. It's normal to seek retribution for something terrible done to you or someone you love. If you have nothing else to loose but your life, and you know that you'll prevent at least few more deaths of the innocent, why not act upon it? Maybe i'm just a psychopath, but I wouldn't blink while pulling the trigger.
@@R1cardoo Not if you commit genocide, or massacre. İf can actually stop crime for a while. By killing every person, child, woman, man. That's committing crime yourself. But you just stopped crime.

the ending notice is dumb. if these corrupters could buy themselves out of any hole they dig, when does the madness end? Only when they are ended themselves. You fight violence with violence, you cannot talk the darkness out of a person.
Ad ends at 3:17
Thanks for the heads-up about the ad duration, @Saatchy! We appreciate your attention to detail.
nope the lesson is not that... this movie's lesson is if corruption is too wide spread eventually vigilantism will rise and if 1 of those vigilante dies after successfully destroying a corruption circle another one will take their place when the first vigilante disappear....
Hunk and Frank Castle fused as one person and moved to Brazil….I LOVE IT
The fusion of Hunk and Frank Castle indeed creates a formidable character in Miguel, @edwardbautista146! His journey against corruption in Brazil is captivating.

if Gomez say greed and corruption cannot be eradicated forever, then the one who delivers justice and punishment also stays around.

The moral of the story doesnot stand on every situation. Violence is needed when there is no end of corruption, like the villain said greed never fades, so to dominate greed there must need fear, and violence can bring that fear to the greedy ones on behalf of their life.
Man I pray that I will provide justice and do my work with sincerity.
Nice punisher movie
Damn sounds real bad ass
This Awakener is Robinhood using Sniper weapon xD
Starlord sniper assasin version
i personally like these types of stories where there is an a assassin with an unknown identity killing certain people. weather the weapon be a sword, or any firearm

As long as the violence and death is towards those that sow it - it most certainly is justifiable. By doing nothing it only gets worse.
