My PC isn't reading my speaker being connected via the USB for some reason....new version is too bass heavy for my liking I really need to downgrade.
try a different USB-C cable, I had similar issue and changed to a USB-C I use for my microphone and it worked instantly.

every speaker distort on 100% if more bass then more , this speaker is for balance sound go with 4.8 or 4.3
