It’s not easy to build in a waterlogged, I have to redo my bio digester because it’s filled with water. I have been advised to use concrete only or dump proof chemicals cement or concrete rings, not sure what to do yet.

I don't think all the options given to you will solve your problem speaking from the experience we had. We had to use a water proofing chemical compound called "Perma Plast-O-Proof" It's a liquid integral water proofing compound for concrete and mortars in a 1ltr gallon. You'll have to mix it with the cement and sand for mortar and chippings for concrete. The one litre gallon goes with eight bags of cement, that is ratio 1:8. This solved our problem. I hope this helps out.

They are just the normal center blocks but we made them with lots of cement.
