I agree with Ariel. Either Work for promotions or be your own Man, you can't do both! That's my issue with Wade. He wants both! You can't expect to be front man, Hype man , interviiewer etc for a company then be all confused and ass mad when they get upset that you publically criticize that company's ideas, managerial decisions, undermine fight promotions they're trying to set up, infer safety neglegence about ideas before they've even been formalised etc on your own platform. You can do that as your "own man" but you can't expect a company to continue giving you a paycheck for that privilage lol. You're going waaay beyond just fight critiques and breakdowns at that point! Even Fred at his young age (but wise beyond his years) gets it! He's also smart in getting the whole complete range of contrasting opinions, beef, meat, tea spillage galore by gaining access to everyone across the board, asking the right questions and letting them do all the talking lol!

@@derlinabraham7366 Yes but it's nothing to do with Wade not being a yes man! If Wade approached Mams with his concerns, disagreements and opinions and Mams just fired him for having different opinions then thats different! Mams would be out of order! In fact if Wade publically talked to mams on video about his concerns and disagreements about the show ideas allowing Mams the opportunity to respond immediately in real time and Mams fired him then thats also out of order!
But Wade didn't do any of those things! Wade publically criticised Mams ideas and decisions (often pre-emptively and prematurely) with big shiny all in caps click baity titles!...without having Mams there to respond! Then wonders why hes not still the public face of Misfits! Sometimes you have to do things differently with the people you work with! I reckon if he'd have done things differently he'd be part of that Misfit counsel group now!

Ariel was spot on with the press conference, how it should be natural and the media should ask questions and he should jump in to see if anyone had questions for the undercard fighters etc... I thought he was spot on, I can't really watch press conferences anymore because they start from the bottom of the card ask the same questions and get the same we will see on the night answers, I prefer the way Ariel said and the way ufc do it, when they just let the media fire away
Ariel was horrible, was incredible awkward with all the undercard fighters and kept making weird dad jokes, it only got good once it got opened up to the media
