For anyone who's wondering: If you save doug in the first episode, is this one, Lilly tried to shoot ben. Doug leaps in front to try and push ben out of the way and doug ends up taking the bullet in the side of the head. It's the same after that, except lilly regrets it a lot more since it was an accident.

A lot of people died because of his foolishness
In defense of Ben, he was doing it because he thought the bandits would keep his friend alive, he was just a dumb kid who was probably at a complete loss at the situation, and he knew Lilly was stubborn from the beginning
Ben was trying to protect everyone. He dealt with the bandits for protection and to get his friend, and he didn't tell anyone because he was afraid they would kick him out.
it's funny that lily snapped and everyone hates her, but when kenny snaps he gets no hate there both similar situations with character and kenny is one of my favorite characters and I picked the alone ending
I hear where you are coming from but if you really think about it the situations are completely different. Kenny lost both his son and wife right before his very eyes and that trauma could be worse than just losing a parent i know that sounds a little cold but it is what it is. And after Kenny survives even after how he loses his new girlfriend Jane keeps picking on him until he finally snapped! Where when Carely finally pushed back at Lilly for being a control freak Lilly shot her point blank in the face for it.

I thought more people would have told Kenny about Lee's past.... I've watched about 5 videos of this scene so far, and all of them have this same reaction from Kenny.
Choices really dont matter in this game, whatever you chose she leaves.

I got SOO heartbroken seeing Clem looking at what happen
You can only change minor dialouges and small parts of the story, you'll end up with the same characters (beside Doug or Carley, but they both die anyway), but the story itself will not be changed. Basically the only thing you can change is the opinion of the characters about you. Maybe when Episode 5 is out there will be a huge change but I doubt it, would be a lot effort.

Yes, I know I am making this AFTER season 2 debuted, as it was Kenny that was still alive.
