This tutorial shows the butt welding of bigger PU V- and Roundbelts with the guide clamp FZ02/3 Vario and the EErgo welding tool. Guide clamp with exchangeable customized adapters for different belt profiles made of PU and TPE. Paddle welding tool is specially developed for joining PU and TPE profiles or flat belt strips.
