amazing video! i am currently prepping for a database admin internship interview and i am hoping to do my best. this video was a ton of help! thanks a ton!
Q: How and where can I find a good recruiter to work with to break into the data analytics field. I’m aware of using LinkedIn but what is the search prompt I need to find great recruiters not just any that will ghost me
Hey Will, I think there are 2 types of recruiters: 1) Recruiters that work for the company you are trying to work for 2) Recruiting firms that help companies find candidates I've personally never worked with (2) but I have definitely reached out to individual recruiters from specific companies that I found interesting. I don't have too much experience with this though, I found success from just being myself, crafting a message where I list out how I can provide value first then attach my portfolio and resume. I believe my success rate with this outreach method is about 10-15%

Does this translate over to medical school interviews?
I think generally it does but I don’t have any experience with medical interviews
