This is the story of Abdulla Faisal, a native of Veyvah Island in Meemu Atoll, Maldives. With 17 years of experience in the industry, Faisal has developed innovative methods to maximize the yield from the fish he procures from local fishermen. With the assistance of his family and staff, Faisal produces "rihaakuru," a thick tuna-based sauce that is a staple of traditional Maldivian cuisine. He has pioneered techniques to enhance the output of his factory, surpassing the production volumes found elsewhere in the country. In this program, Faisal details the fish processing procedures and the quality control measures he implements to ensure the high standard and quantity of the rihaakuru he produces. Additionally, he discusses how he has instilled a value system in his children, encouraging their active participation and support in his business.
