I love how from the outside the house looks small and it is small, yet when u go inside itâs so spacious it makes u feel like as if the house is actually big
by Toronto standards this is a very very big house. Most people in the city live in apartments or condos.

Every design choice & element are aesthetically my absolute goals. The mixture of finishes works beautifully together and one day - if i can ever retire rich enough - Iâd LOVE to have a down sized version of this home. Truly breathtaking!

OMG. Excellent use of a shotgun house! It's stunning and elegant!! There is nothing to dislike about it. I love all the fancy moldings in the house. Itâs one of my favorites that you have shown. So far, only 1 other is comparable to this. The other has a nice layout.
This house is stunning and appears that no corners have been cut! Stunning moulds and chevron flooring, beautiful chandeliers and even stunning bathrooms with a claw tub. Beautiful

I adore the combination of modern and classic interiors. Just perfection!
Clean and neat lines..... I love how they incorporated.... glass to give shine/the new look always, the wall paper with large flowers to accentuate the white walls, the colors & shapes of the chandeliers and mostly the patterns on the ceilings.!!!!! Wow!! Carrying a theme of glass & white walls is very calm & peaceful!!!!!! And has used every direction very smartly incorporating every need, yet giving it a very free and breathable spaces.

Its an open house tour. So whoever buys the house and totally put in their own furniture and do modifications I guess and make it their own.
Read-to-hell It actually needs renovation. Take the terrace/balcony for example upstairs. Fake grass for floor? And what are those awful rails with the frosted glass? Thereâs so many things that make for terrible design in this place which makes its look less âhomeyâ as others described. Nothing to do with the next owners personality :(

Bespoke & Beautiful! I was speechless by all of the elegant upgrades. Nothing basic about this house at all! Not sure how practical that top floor is, but it's definitely different. I wish the video included the basement floor and the garage out back. I'm guessing that little building/cottage in the backyard was a one car garage. Even if this isn't something you would do with your home, you are just in awe of the beauty of this home. Absolutely exquisite!!
I love that you can tell how the house is inspired by a the traditional brownstone townhouses you would find in places like New York City. A mix of old and antique with a modern twist. Itâs nice if people are looking for that rich Park Ave. NYC aesthetic.
Finally. A house in Toronto with some actual taste build for enjoying and not just for functioning. Seriously. This is the most tasteless city I ever lived in

In fact the exterior with the mansard roof is a very classic traditional esthetic with a more urban colour scheme and the interior is much the same. Many of the finishes are very traditional ie. white marble, heavy mouldings, panelled walls, but all are planned again with a more urban colour scheme.
Seriously, that house has no business looking that good. The entire home's styling is just impeccable. I think if people saw the pre-reno version of this house they would stroke out.

Beautiful house...some of the stylings remind me of a gorgeous hotel I stayed at in Venice. A mini palace. Its very classy and thoroughly cute.
Never expected this interior design, everything looks so chic and big. I imagine living in a french expensive house, the details are beautiful. Not my style but this house is impeccable.

Iâm watching and writing at the same time but first impressions is I really like it! Itâs very new modern clean lines, everything sparkles! Itâs very chic however about that âhotel lobbyâ feel, someone must stay in very expensive hotels, to me this home could easily fit in with Manhattanâs brownstones! The entry way reminds me of Liv Tylerâs home in Greenwich Village! I canât complain about this one umm love everything about it! If I had to be really picky and I think a lot of people probably feel that because you donât have those strong cherry dark brown wood accents then it doesnât feel really cozyđ€šbut other than that, itâs a designer dream come true and I give this one a solid A!

Overlooking the balcony in the neighborhood did anyone notice the sheds and the garages in the alley which kind of makes this out of place for that area. But I must say it is very beautiful and I agree with everybody else that there needs to be some warmth in it as well.
Yeah, I noticed that too. I loved the house but when buying always look at where the property is located. I worked in a real estate office for many years.

Beautiful you have antique with a modern twist beautiful and camp love the colours grey, soft pink, deep turquoise, gold and the marble effects to give texture. And great use of space for a narrow house Love it.
I like how they retained the traditional details and added the modern aesthetic. It doesnât feel cold & sterile like many of the interiors of the homes they feature do. The backyard is cartoonish, needs to be toned down if theyâre selling it.

It is almost unbelievably lovely . However , what I mostly see are the details to care for constantly. Glass to clean , surfaces to perpetually wipe , ad infinitum . I would have to have a cloth always with me since I would no longer be able to just sit with a book , but Iâd need to keep leaping to my feet in order to polish up a flawed surface That caught my eye . I would be unable to have guests unless they were prepared to wear a white jumpsuit the same as mine , and to put white booties on their feet . I would also need a weekly visit from a gardener prepared to crawl about the patio with scissors . No partner could be permitted in the pristine bed . Any romping would have to take place in the back of the car , or a hotel room . Other than that , a divine house ! Simply divine!!!

Beautiful home! I was surprised to see the surrounding homes of the neighborhood at the end. Side note: Am I the only person who ever thinks, âHmmm...how would I clean this?â I bought a home with a chandelier in the entry and actually had it taken out and replaced with a much simpler fixture...all in the name of less dust collection!
