Nice trial … I don’t know the purpose of modeling this shape as surfaces, but I am afraid it could be difficult to put properly joined roof or wall by face specially in the junction between The 2 surfaces Could it be modeled as model in place ( with thickness) … or the junction is hard to achieve there in model in place ?

I think it's doable, with 2 extrusions, 1 blend, and some extrusion.
