- Get ready for the ultimate culinary extravaganza in Toronto's Greektown! The Taste of the Danforth Festival is back with a bang after a 4-year hiatus. Running from Aug. 11-13, this eagerly awaited event was regrettably cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID restrictions. In 2022 there were challenges with finding space because of the new bike lanes and the CafeTO which saw many business taking advantage of the additional street patio space.

The best and most incredible nightlife and nightlife venue in Toronto's Greektown has reopened after 4 years of closure due to Covid. It's sure to be a culinary festival that many people have been waiting for. Thanks for great sharing.

Hi Mike, it was nice to have this festival back in the city. Although I must say it has changed a lot. You can tell that the community is changing a bit. In the past this was more of a celebration of Greek culture but as the neighbourhood has become more diverse I saw many different types of food and performances. Still a really fun night!
