I just looked on slow motion and the ender dragon ran out of health 4 frames before Preston died, but the dying animation happened 9 frames after Preston died, the win depends on which way you put it

thats true but an unenchanted diamond sword doesn't do much damage to the dragon so an unenchanted netherite sword shouldn't deal like, a sixth of it's health. At 16:18 the dragon had enough health to survive one blow of a netherite sword.

EVERYONE! Preston has the debug stick in his inventory! This means he is using commands! I had to pause my video for 1 sec to go to the toilet and I was so lucky - I paused the video on the exact split second where Preston is saying: "Beautiful people, the lag is gone!"and he opens his inventory on 16:00 - 16:05. Check for yourselves.
