Great episode. A few tips in there I wouldn’t have thought of. Particularly the one about what you eat and how you eat. I never would have thought about that one. Withdrawing technology or using it less is a difficult one 😂. If our WiFi goes down for long enough I nearly need put in somewhere 😂. I do have other, non- technology things I could be doing that are a lot healthier for the mind in a lot of ways but we are a generation addicted to technology. It’s weird watching old episodes of dramas and soaps and seeing the people actually hang about together and talk face to face. Well, it’s not weird, it’s normal, but a lot of us have forgotten how to interact properly.
I’ve managed to get so much done now I’ve taken social media out of my routine over the last few days.
