I love how the girls werenât annoyed with Ash joining their group and they helped her and encouraged her to take her second chance
I feel like they mostly did that for their benefit
You misunderstood. They weren't annoyed because her joining them HELPED THEM. Simon made it clear he would give their group a shot if she agreed to join it. THAT'S why they were desperately trying to convince her to accept. It wasn't kindness. It was selfishness. They needed her to accept for their whole group to go through. Otherwise Simon would have thrown the group out and not have given them a chair.

when Ash went up and sang with them, it gave the group the sound they needed that gave me goosebumps when singing!
She was added because of woke Britain, you can't just have white girls in the group. vocal wise, she made no difference.
Ash legit showed up and threw some flavor and spice in the group AND the song. Her voice really merged and made the song better

Yeah she pressured ash, but itâs what ash wanted, she could have turned it down, she never had to say yes, but part of her would have said yes anyway. I personally would have gone back to my group and said âitâs what I want, but youâre where I belong, Iâll only take it if you think itâs the right thingâ
She practically ran back to the stage. I mean they go on this show to try and get a name for themselves. Of course she would love the opportunity. I think even without the one girl pressuring her, part of her wanted to say yes anyway. Otherwise she would have turned down going back out, but that will never stop her guilt of worrying about what the group she was with would think. Assuming she was in a band with her friends, im sure they were pissed but probably also happy for her. It's a tough decision to have to make. Especially since she wasn't exactly allowed to think it over. She had to give an answer.

First she gave a solo audition but she failed....so then after she made a band(with horrible singers) and then gave audition but again failed ...here Simon broke the band and put her in this group because of his work experience he thought she would go perfectly with these girls....the girl was nice and even asked her previous band mates ...and they encouraged her to not leave this opertunity ...
Ash was in a band but they didn't get through because they sang a song that is very generic and simon did not like it that's why he didn't gave them a seat. But he likes ash that's why he offers her to join a new group.

In my opinion, (just my opinion! Not meant to offend anyone) I think Ash is really good all by herself! She got the lines down quickly and as soon as those words flowed through her mouth she was on fire!! In my opinion she really completed the group and was like the ice cream scoop and toppings in the cone. She was brilliant! Simon made a really wise decision. I agree with them all together, but I also think Ash would be a AMAZING soloist!

The girls were not really flat. Trust me. If anything they could use a little vocal help, but other than the yelling it was fine. It didn't sound perfect because they had only 24 hours to practice. Which is a lot of time for vocalists. I do choir and I'm apart of a small band, the pressure is on with one month to learn and rehearse, let only a day. They need help, but they weren't nearly as bad as you make them out to seem.
Evoke; not good enough to become famous though, theyâre just ok. And theyâre attractive as far as standards go.

It's a pretty popular song, so she probably sang the parts she knew and the part they taught her. Like she mostly sang the "Hey Mama" part, which is pretty easy to sing and remember even after listening to it once.
