It is a full circle that Honda came out with a 350 to take on Royal Enfield. I am glad the 350 Classic is doing so well in sales. The "old guy" market in the States needs more of these great smaller bikes. Excellent video Warro on another great ride. The drone shots of those boulders was the best!

Right on! yeah considering how windy it was those drone shots came out pretty good. i was happy just to get it back with no fly dramas.

Thanks Warro. Really appreciate you putting out this content in English. As an owner it’s hard to find info in Australia mate. Mine idles high also and I always start him up and waiting a few mins before taking it out of the garage. So it’s not just your bike.
I’m thinking of getting a nice custom exhaust made up here in Sydney, and a nice black crafted seat.
This bike isn’t ‘fast’ but not slow. It does exactly what it’s meant to do and it does it well.
With the high idle, when it’s warmed a little, give him a few gentle revs and the revs drop down to almost stalling then build back up.
My brother has a mt09 and when we go riding it’s fine

good to know. dont rule out the idea of a 13t front sprocket. about $30 easy to fit and bike pulls well

Small clarification regarding the service intervals. While the manual does specify a 12,000 km service interval for most items, it does call out that the oil should be replaced and the valve clearance should be checked every 6,000km.

      @ridewithwarro  Před 4 měsíci

sounds good but either way i still plan to do oil changes at 3000 klm runs which would be cheap and on the 12,000 mark i think i got that one mixed up with the vstrom 250 sx.

Hello from Russia!)) I gonna buy one of those two : honda cb 350 or RE Classic 350 this month. For daily using in a town with 2-3 million people in it, right now using bajaj 150 boxer ( i am not sure if you heard about it ) Already was at the shop and have a sit on both. As i noticed Honda s fuel tank is more narrow and comfier to hold between legs, while RE have more wide fuel tank and you need to place your legs wider as well. I am not sure witch position will be comfier at a long rides - so if you can say something about your experience ( about it - will be great !~.
    Here in Russia they cost right now - Honda 630 000 -650 000 ( near 7000 US dollars ) rubles, classic 480 000- 520 000 roubles ( 5300 us dollars) ( 90 rouble ~ 1$). In Russia average salary is 50 000 roubles in a month.
It s interesting to know is it cheaper or pricier in Australia , if we take average salary, but why they are cost the same money - it s strange, honda is really better in all except style in my opinion.
Watched almost all your videos , it s really good when you can hear real owner feedback ( or opinion, how is better to say)) of then both. Most videos i saw from GB or India , saw may be 100+ of them. There just a few of real owners review what is useful. And suddenly youtube give me this gem channel from Australia ))
Thank for your work, and plkease contnue to do more videos , views are amazing.

both bikes come in at aud $8000 so here no real difference in price unless you go chrome and thats aud$8800
hard call which is the better bike. i feel the honda would be the more reliable unit but the enfield looks better. only my thoughts there but i do own both bikes.
in your case id go honda gb350 for peace of mind. they appear to run well and can sit on 60 mph or faster
what i would do if going honda is try and source out a 13t front sprocket from ebay as that alone really transforms the bike. reason for that honda has its power in first 4 gears and 5th is more an overdrive.
if you fit 13t front it can actually pull along better in 5th gear
comfort wise the enfield seat is fine but i actually pulled the seat cover off the GB350 and added a gel insert so now it too is good

yeah i actually like the bike. i plan not to stuff it up by doing the off road tyre trick. im saving that for the enfield and the vstrom.

this run well on sealed roads so i plan to keep it as is.

HI Warro,I know what you mean by over inflated pricing, especially here in NZ . I guess it's all about depreciation. Pays ya money takes ya risks. End of the day its worth it..I do oil and filter on the bike myself around the 6 thousand K mark, cheap when you do it yourself and peace of mind. Like my diesel Nissan Terrano 4 wheel drive, change oil and filter twice year, been going 30 years now. I"M an old dog on along highway with hopefully with a few K left in me. nice vid. Cheers n beers.

That said...I prefer the Enfield Warrior allday and night.
I do not like the price of the Honda or brand spanking new.
    I will probably pick up a 23 ( 411 ) leftover at $3999.00 long before I pay 8 grand for new.

probably not as i did own a new himilayan and i still think the suzuki vstrom 350 sx is the best value bike out there for $6500
plus for 250cc some say they have seen 140/150 kph on the clock in 6th gear
i dont know but it does sit on 100 kph quiet easy

That's great how you can turn off Traction control off on the fly.On my Trident 🔱 660 you have to stop to turn T/C off & when you do once you stop & turn key off bike Resets to normal setup so T/C is on.
You can switch between road & rain mode on the fly as it should be incase you hit heavy rain 🌧️ can just switch to rain 🌧️ mode quickly by selecting mode you want & holding clutch in & coasting for 20 meters. In Asia they call it the Arlen Ness model HE must of helped in styling or something but look similar to your one.
