I have learned so much from you and thank you, really appreciate it. I made your beef tamale recepie and my family absolutely loved it, and the tamales only lasted a few days after making 6 dozen. whoa we have a version here in the Philippines which is also called champorado (a slight difference in name lol) but instead of using masa, we use rice. It is usually paired with dried fish to balance the sweetness of champorado and the saltiness of dried fish
