I had endometriosis surgery 3 weeks ago and only just returned to work again yesterday, I have felt so much unneeded stress last two days, this vlog very much re booted my system and calmed me, so thank you ❤

Lovely, peaceful video 😊 For gaining confidence in cooking, one thing I started doing is trying to learn one thing well at a time. Like 1. How to properly hold a chef’s knife 2. Cut all veggies the same size 3. Practice cutting onions like they do on tv, with the top still on (but not doing anything else I see on tv since that’s way beyond my skill level). Something to focus on like a game, instead of trying to make the whole meal perfect. My husband is our main cook, so my skills were very rusty for awhile, but I’m getting back into it as well

Loved the video!! Your stew had me salivating😅 I LOVE a good stew except I don’t make them anymore cause - kids🤷🏽♀️ but you’ve inspired me to watch less TV or to be less on the computer in the evenings…..so much else I could be doing like my physio exercises 😂
I floss once a day but at night to get all the food out from the day and sometimes I floss in the middle of the day if I feel stuff stuck in my teeth

My nightly routine is really bad. In bed by 9:00pm but on my phone til midnight. Weekends I stay up til 1am maybe 2am. None of it is productivity--totally wasting time tbh.

What if you go to sleep a little later so you’re already tired and you scroll a bit on your phone beforehand on the couch? Just an idea, in case you would like to change it haha
