Hi there I just got certified as a COTA and I have been offered a position in an inpatient rehab and another offer in a SNF. Can you please tell me the pros and cons of each setting and your own experience? Thank you

Can someone, please, CZcams/google a DIY game and tell me if it’s a good exercise for stroke recovery?
I saw a “DIY mini ping pong table” where you use one hand
(in my moms case I’m thinking she’d use her right hand due to her left side stroke).
At first I thought maybe it’d be too heavy, until I saw a cardboard version of it.
Would this be a good/fun option?
Would it provide the right type of stimulation/enough of it/or specific enough to help?
    Just wondering but really curious.
BECAUSE I’ve noticed that, though her “intentional tremors”/hand shanking, that run in the family, disappeared after her stroke… they have returned a few years later.
Not sure if this means her brain is healing because they’ve come back (as was normal for her before).
Or if that means she’s declining because, fact, she hasn’t done any of her stroke physical exercises for quite some time now.
Either way the game might be a good idea?
And if it’s good for stroke recovery maybe also someone else here would enjoy it??
    Thank you :)
