    2 weeks ago my psychiatrist diagnosed me with major depressive disorder i am trying a lot to kill myself but unable to do that . M kuchh din thik rahti hu but suddenly mujhe panic attacks aate h or m handle nhi kr paati but best part is that i am still trying...

      Hi,you plz do lot of exercise or brisk walk which will help you a lot , also you share your feelings and thoughts with those whom you trust, do the good things which make you happy and most importantly always keep yourself busy, doing something , believe in God, Take care.       @@shivajyot888 by the way I am a Professional badminton player who practice atleast 4 hrs a day 6 days in a week and pursuing masters and doing graphic designing and website development. It does not matter whether you exercise or not any one can loose their mental state at certain point of time. Only I know from what i have been through

    @meghna the speaker, i hope this comment finds you or anyone to whom its helpful. I want to start by acknowledging that jab tak khud ka pet bhara hua hota hai to dusro ki bhook ka ehsaas nhi hota the point i am trying to makr is ki jo circumstances/ problems apne khud face nhi kre unke bare me agar apse koi advice mange to perfect advice dena bahot mushkil hai. But if i were to speak to you or to anyone who is in a similar situation then as a friend or brother or whatever i would say this to you that - the fundamental reason for anybody's suffering and whatever the nature of the suffering maybe is expectation - in your case in case of one sided love i would ask you ki agar koi insan jise aap pasand nhi karte vo apke peeche hi pad jaye ki ab to apko hi bf ya gf banana hai aur apse hi shadi karni hai and apko vo insan nhi pasand to kya uski wish puri karne ke liye aap uske gf bf ya husband ya wife ban jaoge? Agar aapke mind me instantly answer yes nhi aaya that means apka answer no hai. In your case or in a case of a like nature it would have made sense for the other person to consider you because you would have put extra efforts to better your relationship but even if after that the other person is not interested then first of all every one has a right to choice how will u feel if someone takes away your right to choice and declares that you have to be their gf or bf or husband kr wife if feels crazy right because it is? And if u will say that gid has given u less and u should end it then ask yourself do u know where u were before u were born or where will go after u die how do u say clearly that the suffering would end by that act what if u become a bhoot what if the god asks u okay lets see what are ur achievements and where should we put u.
    Sadhguru once said there are 2 type of people miserable and joyful and it was absolutely nothing to with what u have.
    To make the above point i was give u this example their are devtas and thir are rakshash do u know whats the difference in between its being joyful and being miserable. Devtas are happy with what they have and thats why they can give happiness to others and rakshash no matter what they have they lose interest after a while and want what the others have and u can't have everything so the point is being joyful and miserable is a choice and it has nothing to do with what the world has to offer to you because what the world has to offer be it people be it luxurious goods etc they're just triggers that generates happyness in u but happyness is generated from within only so one dont need to be a slave to the external triggers to for feeling happy one should try to liberate self from the external triggers and try to be happy by nature because only when u r happy u can make others happy.
    I am no sanyasi or a wise person i am just a student preparing for judiciary i have basic empathy to understand what r feeling but i would close by saying that everyone has a right to choose, expectation is the root cause of all suffering and you dont need any external triggers to be Happy 😄 Jai Shree Ram
