I have the SJ81 and it's not bad. Although the spring tension adjuster is over designed, and was broken on mine. No big deal but I'm glad to see you've ditched it. My question is will the tiny nozzle from an Iwata fit my SJ81?

Hi, sorry about the problem. The tiny nozzle from Iwata will not fit SJ81. Thanks.

When will you release the new airbrush th as t prevents drying and dripping paint on the tip?
Will you also make a fan cap option for these airbrushes?

Hello, and thank you for your interest in our brand's products. Currently, our factory is undergoing relocation, leading to a slight delay in the release of our new product. We are putting in every effort to launch it within the next two months, though we cannot provide a specific timeline guarantee.
Regarding the fan cap, it will be a prominent feature of our upcoming trigger airbrush model. Currently, we have a new airbrush with a fan cap; however, it is not considered one of our core products and, therefore, will not be available in all countries' markets.
Following the relocation, we plan to introduce more advanced machinery to elevate the overall quality and reliability of our products. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you.

Hi, I just received my brand new replacement Neoeco NCT- SJ81 (thank you for the wonderful customer service).
For my very 1st use I chose to try the 0.5 needle & nozzle straight from the marked containers for my broader acrylic scenic art.
Everything was correctly installed, but NO fluid was coming out.The paint was thinned.@@NEOECO-Airbrush
In troubleshooting I took the rear body off & loosened the needle chuck, moving the needle back slightly & suddenly the fluid showed & it worked, inconsistently in pattern.
Is that a problem with the machining? After the paint was gone, I immediately refilled the cup with hot water & took the needle out to wipe it clean.
Should I return it & order a different model with the bullet type nozzle instead of the tiny screw on type?
      TIA, Kristy!

Hi I purchased through Amazon the airbrush Neoeco nct sj83 in july 2023 . My problem is with the tip dripping and my paint cup paint bubbling and pushing the cap. I have verified all avenues and nothing works . It is not my compressor, all the screws on my airbrush are tight, and it has been cleaned numerous times. Please help me with this problem. Thank you.

Hi, I apologize for the inconvenience you've encountered. Typically, when experiencing tip dripping, it's often due to the needle not being inserted deeply enough, resulting in a gap between the needle and the airbrush. To rectify this, try removing the needle and reinserting it firmly into the airbrush.
Regarding the bubbling issue, this is commonly caused by the air cap not being tightened properly. Here's a helpful video demonstrating how to address this problem: czcams.com/users/shortszPsWu5rFEXg .
We hope these solutions resolve your concerns. If the issues persist, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email at service@neoeco-airbrush.com. We're here to assist you.

I have the NCT-SJ83 and it is great apart from the trigger. When I press it down for air, there is a definite ‘click’ as I perform this function. I have no idea what is causing it. I have stripped it down, thoroughly cleaned the parts and lubricated them before reassembly and it makes no difference. As a reference, my H&S Infinity’s trigger depresses smoothly. It’s like the trigger mechanism is catching on something on the Neoeco. Have any people on here had the same experience? I cannot imagine it is a design feature. It is really annoying!
