To be honest, I love Ayaka, she's adorable and all but she is definitely that one character who never had a chance with the MC in a Anime XD
Even because despite her behaviour she is genuinely doing those things in a platonic way and not a romantic one, but given they feel too similiar to romantic people just assume she's in love with the MC.
She isn't but it's kinda too late for that to be told to others.
However other characters as Noelle, Lyney, Xiao, Venti and Childe can definitely be seen as people going after the MC and occasionally being "reciprocated" (as Xiao finding comfort just by the presence of Aether/Lumine, Venti and Aether/Lumine being the only one they can open up to and comfort each other in silence just by spending time together plus Venti literally having favourites and always prioritising Aether/Lumine, he does care about all the people of his nation and others but he obviously uses favouritism often) and Childe despite the popular beliefs of being Zhongli Sugar Daddy are all exaggerated by the Fandom as the two don't even talk to each other anymore after the Liyue Archon Quest and it's actually Hu Tao that pays for Zhongli.
As for Childe his behaviour makes it obvious that he have a thing for the traveler as he literally drop anything he's doing as soon as he sees him/her which he doesn't really do with other people, call him a Golden Retriever, Simp or both but not even with Zhongli he would stop everything he's doing just for a chit chat.
Plus he literally left the vision to the Traveler once, if that wasn't a obvious attempt to have an excuse to meet again I don't know what is.
I'm going too much into it (mind you that this isn't me being biased because I don't actually ship any of those couples) but the point is that Ayaka is more on the platonic but cuddly friend side as for others it's more actually having a crush for the MC.

She's not from Fontaine so of course she's not going to get it.
The dolphin jump was exclusive for characters who used the Arkhe system (pneuma or ousia). This means only Traveler and Fontaine characters have this ability which I actually like because it makes it a factor unique to the characters of the region.
