Mind you, the tent itself is almost faultless. Fabulous product. I tweaked it with a coreflute floor, and a Sea To Summit 8cm self inflating mat. Closes with 2 memory foam pillows and a down quilt inside.👊
I use to lay in bed at night coming up with all sorts of crazy ideas for camping, then one day I checked your chanel and bingo, there they all are lol, now I just check in first with you guys...hahhahahaha! Now I am waiting for a Rooftop Tent extended annexe type of thingy, with the option of opening up the sides if hot or lowering if Chilly!! Bloody fantastic awning versatility! If i had a RTT i'd buy the multi awning in a heartbeat. Great presentation Kaito, killin it mate!

I just set this tent up for the first time and my version does not have the 3x buckle loops that stay fixed to the tent front. It came with the same open C clips that the tent uses. However, 2 x those buckle straps were in the packaging with no explanation as to where they go.
Neither did it come with the 4 section longer pole, only 3x original 2 section poles. Great video, but could do with an update.

I've used the C clips, and have now emailed Kaito and Greg.
I await their response- there is quite a few details in my new batch awning to incorporate in pitching.
Is there room to leave the tarp extension attached and fold it away inside the RTT to save connecting and removing each time?

I suspect you could manage it, but it would probably be rather inconvenient. I don't think you'd gain a lot of time, either only 3 buckles/C clips.

@@Livelifecairns Only if you need the space! tent itself sets up easy, and if you want the big awning space, it can be done on your own in 3 minutes, thats not much of a hassle : ) Not many tents on the market offer this feature. - Kaito
