    The Bundesliga's defenders already know what's coming when Arjen Robben is running at them with the ball, but there's very little they can do to stop it happening. Robben's signature move is as famous as it is feared, and we take a look at it in action!

      he doesnt always do it. he does it 2 max 3 times per 90 minutes
      he does different driblles in the 90min. sometimes he pass the ball. sprint to goal.
      thats why defenders are suprised and cant stop him once he does it

    • @fubusupporter5933
      @fubusupporter5933 Před 7 lety +34

      Alex's Sports News it's not even that. look at how much pace robben dribbles at the defenders with so he has them on there heels and shaky. so once he cuts in it's just too late for the defenders.

  • @vybhavbadri4002
    @vybhavbadri4002 Před 7 lety +241

    I reckon that robben is even more successful with that move because he always has phillip lahm overlapping and putting a doubt in the fullbacks mind.

      Mathew Van Ostin Wich match? The match of tonight? Yes I am watching the match. But indeed sometimes he goes to the right. But he can cut to the left he mostely does it.

    • @matthewvanostin5513
      @matthewvanostin5513 Před 7 lety +9

      Well if you play football. You would know you cant teleport
      If the player goes to right. You have to block/stop him there
      So you cannot just stand on the left. Because you think the player gonna go there..he will simply go the other way. Sprint
      Especially robben is verry skilled dribler
      But the people that say "he does the same thing. It work" i wonder if your brain can analyze stuff other than simplistic naive way

    • @Djordymans
      @Djordymans Před 7 lety +6

      Mathew Van Ostin watch the highlights from bayern dortmund. All of the highlights have robben in it doing the cut inside. But you cant defend it because he doesnt have a patern on when he does it. He does it when he feels like it should be done. And if they leave the space on the right because they dont want him to cut inside he will just pass it to lahm making the run

    The reason they can't stop him is because it's not about whether he's gonna cut in or not, but rather when he's gonna cut in. Given how fast he is, defenders probably can't react quick enough to stop him and that's why he's so successful
