Seems like fungal acne. The only way to clear it up is to simplify to fungal safe products, otherwise it will continue to slowly (or fast at times) get worse. You’ll notice a positive difference within days if it’s fungal.

I'm on my 9 month of tret and I have another purge because of spots under my skin but i think it's the normal process for a better skin it's necessary
