Enoteca in PB is best Italian in San Diego hands down. One of the best Italian I’ve ever had. I’m from New York been going to San Diego for the past 6 years for 2 weeks and I eat there 3 to 4 times a week!
Harmony 2b1 is so much better than kuchi. Din tai fung is too corporate now. Taste of Hong Kong. Ju feng. All better. Pho duyen mai. Solid recommendation. Wish San Diego had better eats.

Go to Enoteca Adriano in Pacific Beach. Some of the best Italian food i’ve ever had

the best pho place I know in san Diego is Pho Cow Cali in Mira Mesa you should definitely check it out you will not be disappointed
