Thank you for a thorough review of these chairs and their benefits. I just bought a used leap 2 for $300!! So far, it’s great, but I do wish there were more padding in the seat. The firm lumbar support is most definitely important.❤
Got a renewed Amia for ~$700 CAD, must say... It's amazing, so comfortable. The lumbar support isnt as pronounced as I'd like, but it's really great

Could you share the settings you have on the lumbar height on the Amia ? Honestly tried everything on the Amia but it simply doesn't seem to work out ...
Next time, pls show some tilt movement compression . I guess Amia has simplier mechanism (more standard synchro) when Leap has more highend movement.

same with me for the steelcase leap v2. if ur over 200lbs i wouldnt recommend, it as a all day chair. maybe a 6-7 hour chair. my pad gets lil numb, cuz theres only 2 inch of cushioning.

Bought a new Amia for $300, a bargain!
The Amia's back is so much more flat than the Leap v2's good lumbar support. The Steelcase dealer I went to indicated it wasn't in the same league and the instant I sat in it, I agreed.

Uhh... "I'm not a huge fan of the Leap headrest if you really want a head rest, don't go for the Amia, go for a Leap or Gesture?" It's really hard to just try out any high-end office chair in the Netherlands. I would like a headrest but also heard bad comments on the Gesture head rest.. Those headrests are difficult to get a clear picture of
