Hello, what did you do about the neutral? I believe that gen comes pre-bonded from the factory. Did you remove the bond so you could use it for your whole house like the NEC says? Thanks. Godd and informative video.
There’s a lot of contradictory information about that online. I’ve heard it both ways, I ultimately came to the conclusion that you don’t need to do that. But don’t know if that is correct.
I’ve heard the claim that the inrush current can really be hard on the generator even if it’s able to handle it. My AC is over 10 years old and I’m glad I did it because the compressor sounds healthier when it starts up.
