Frame the door in yourself, order the glass and install it..y’all have made a remarkable difference to this building/home..
Could you "borrow" the services of Billy's carpenter Paddy to help with the front door and window?
Or to find another local carpenter that would be capable and willing to help.
And Billy’s sandblaster is going to there in a couple of weeks. It might be that he would take care of your door while he’s there!!!
In the Louis's shop, the ceiling lampshade should have the shape of a hat.
I thought it did look like the hat form the chapeliers use to construct the hats
Ed, use a spray bottle for water to wet the walls, much easier on your back than bending up and down constantly with the brush and bucket. Work smart! It's all looking so good. Louis hats are beautiful too.
Yes agree but one of the best things is a pump spray you use for spraying pesticide etc. it contains around 4 litres approx .
By using a brush he brushes away the surface dust to ensure proper adhesion

A pump pressure spray bottle would be ideal for wetting the joints🥰
A possible idea is to paint the telecom the same colour as the building so it blends in. Like your neighbors down pipe on the left.
Ed. Watching you work on that wall is like watching an artist painting an amazing canvas. You are very talented.

The exterior walls are looking great. I love the wrought iron grills on the windows. They are a beautiful feature. I hope you can find some one to frame the doorway for a reasonable price. It seems everyone wants an arm and a leg for custom work nowadays.

Speaking of Ed, sorry his back problem flared up again. He’s smart to be wearing the safety equipment for support. Still, cannot believe how he just tackles work, as if there were no pain at all. Because if his back history, would like to see him, as a oreventive measure, always wear a safety lifting belt on the worksite.

The Graffiti on the City Power Junction box is driving me crazy... yes, it is the city's responsibility... but when we lived in city with similar situation, we just bought several spray cans of the box color and immediately covered up the "tags" if covered quickly, the taggers learn it is a waste of their effort and move on.

They hydrangeas, hollyhocks were beautiful. The outside of your building is looking really nice…our town has those utility boxes almost at every corner, a couple of years ago they ordered these plastic kind of covers with different scenes, and they really look nice.
