( 1) ingredients of dal
200 gm ,Chickpea lentil
( 2 ) ingredients of potato
500 gm, potato
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp, mixed cumin powder and black pepper powder
1/2 red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp , biryani masala powder
1 tbsp, oil
1/2 ,glass water
( 3 ) ingredients of khichda gravy
250 gm oil
2 big size chopped onion for barista
2 tbsp, garlic paste
1 tbsp, ginger paste
1tbsp, mixed cumin and black pepper powder
1 tbsp, Red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 table spoon, biryani masala powder
1 cup, boiled soyabean
a glass of water to cook the gravy
(4) ingredients for rice
600 gm, basmati biryani rice
3, bay leaf
8, green cardamom
12 , cloves
Salt as per water test
(5) ingredients of khichda preparation
add to crush barista
1/2 cup lukewarm milk
4 tbsp, grated Mawa
10, green chilli
add to boiled potato
1 tea spoon, sugar
1/2 tbsp,kewda water
1 tbsp, Roz water
8 to 9 drop mughlai meetha attar
1 tbsp, biryani masala powder
3 tbsp,ghee
2 pinch yellow food colour
