I love that you’ve made this video. Khichadi is my favorite to make and eat. And my mother taught me the method you showed. We always have lots of veggies in our khichadi. Only change I do is that for sake of time, I do tadka and then add veggies and moong dal and rice all in one go. 15-20mins later, tayyar! and Have it with my Fav Green Tea of Planet Ayurveda.
