I am starting ASL lessons today because I made a deaf friend and want to communicate with her! I’m very excited
Aww, that’s so sweet of you!
Hi do u wanna be friends also I was born deaf and looking for sum new friends
Hello 😊 I’m relatively new here I was born half deaf and now I have a autistic non verbal granddaughter that lives w me so we are learning how to sign together.
You’re a great teacher and every video is the highest quality!!!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🫶🏼
I’d say my personality is considerate, friendly, humble, hardworking, and loyal.
Best wishes to you both on your journeys!
I love these vocabulary videos, but my favorite part is the sentence exercises at the end. I would love it if there were more sentences at the end (or if there were more videos dedicated to sentence exercises).
Thanks for the videos! 😃
Awesome teacher and always good to know signing.❤
Few months ago I thought of starting to learn sign language, and I decided to officially start learning it now!
Thank you for teaching us! 😇
I'll try my best to learn the basics first and then I'll come back to this video 😇
This channel is great if you are trying to learn sign language. I want to learn so I can communicate with any people I want to and not have to worry about writing things down on paper. This channel is also great for beginners. I know quite a bit of sign language now because of this channel! Keep up the good work guys!
My wife and I are learning ASL and practicing on each other thanks to your videos. I'm eager each day to watch and learn from you! 😊
It is a BLESSING that you teach us SO many useful signs / great information in just 10 minutes!!! 🙌🏾🙏🏾🥳🎊
Hello.
My name is Serene Skylar Ru.
Hope all is well.
I am new to your ASL channel, & I can truly say I love it, & I love how you also put your ASL signs into a sentence.
That is so awesome.
I'm Deaf & still learning ASL,
and your teachings are so perfect.
I've tried to learn from other ASL teachers who aren't Deaf, but they tend to go overboard with the facial expressions.
Deaf people communicate just like the hearing people, only with ASL, & not so much facial expressions.
I love how you teach without going overboard like many other people do.
The first time I saw a ASL teacher,
She was literally going overboard with the facial expressions, and I literally thought I was watching a ASL comedy 😂
Thank you for teaching so perfectly.
Love this! Keep making this kind of content! My older sister and I had developmental issues, and we weren't talking until we were 5, so we learned how to sign.
love this! especially the sentences at the end, they help a lot with learning asl grammar
Hello, I learned LSG for 3 years but I now live in the USA and I want to learn ASL and you have helped me a lot. Thank you. I am starting from the first video so I am learning more.
I’ve heard that the sign for sweet/sugar/diabetes are all basically the same. I’d love a video on common signs that are used for lots of meanings and how best to spot context.
Yay! I've been waiting for a separate video about personalities 👍🏾
I loved learning these signs! Thank you for your great content.
I'm alway apprehensive! Another awesome video from LHTS. Thank you Meredith and LHTS team! 🤟
we are learning asl to talk to deaf people in our town!!!
Super helpful!! Thx a lot!!
You are an excellent and great sign language tutorial. I have learned a lot from your tutorials. Thank you for sharing your ASL videos.
Thanks I started learning to sign about a year ago and your videos have been very helpful

Had to slow down the speed on a few of them, ... but I got 'em!
You're very good at teaching ASL . Thank you from someone who is learning a new language. I enjoy learning so I can better understand others and communicate with others. Greetings from Chicago.
Thanks so much for these vids
Loved this video! Espacally the last sentance😆, I totally agree.
Thank you for this ASL tutorial video on CZcams of different Personalities. I think of myself as a Strong, silent or quiet person or man 🙂👍.
Appreciate written words in this episode. Helpful others like me that are Late in Life Hard of Hearing that need to catch up.
Thanks for showing the signs for unpleasant personality types. And if someone ever freestyles the peace sign to the forehead, they may unintentionally insult someone. LOL. I would say I'm friendly, talkative, and helpful.
me, motivated to apply asl and FSL to d deaf
thanks a lot!GOD bless
Hi, thank you for doing these videos. I couldn't figure out what you were doing for the word mean. Thanks again.
Awesome video like always your tips so perfect for this language and keep good talk with deaf 🎉.... thanks for remember us practice facial expression....
The sign you showed for gullible is technically the idiom "swallow-fish." It's a little more nuanced than just gullible. It could work, though.
I do like your videos. I just wished you signed more of your descriptions. It does have CC so that's good. I'm latened Deaf. I've been signing for years but there aren't many signers where I live now, so I just watch ASL videos. Lol!
Thank you, Rathbones for your work. ME TALKATIVE, FUNNY ME. EXTROVERT ME.
Tmw ASL chitchat personality 2nd half, start with emotional, after positive n negative... C y'all at 1 tmw 🥰🤗
Thank you for posting videos for all to view :)))
Really interesting❤
i love you!!!!!!!😍
The Quiet sign with you said "B hand" is not B. ( Thumb not center the palm ) ? Thank you
I’m very shy and quiet but ever since I started learning sign language (now going to college for it) my confidence has went up, question what’s the sign for confidence?
You just sign, "Think brave."
@@Dollstudio9 thank you
Could you list the vocabulary words you covered in the comments? I like to quiz myself at the end. Love ur videos!
They are there. Go to the description box, then, scroll down…
Please!! 🙏 help m!! to find a church where I can interact with deaf people. I love the language and you are an excellent teacher. I want to learning with you but also practice what I had learned.
Is there a sign for and or and but or do you just keep signing more descriptive signs
What's the difference in grouchy and angry? They seem very similar.
I would think of angry as a response to something. But grouchy is a personality trait - someone who tends to be angry all the time as their response.
I'm talkative unless I haven't had my coffee haha
For quiet, you say B hands, but you're signing flat hands? Does it matter?
Is "introvert" sign; is same as "shy" ?
I m motor mouth, some times I can't stop
I am a Bangladeshi, I have some experience in this work. I want you to work here. If you or your company give me a chance.
I'm completely deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in my other ear. I'm deaf and hard of hearing and I'm a middle aged adult.
Shy, introvert sassy funny kind respectful responsible
My dad used to play football before he died LMAO
you move to fats but thank you for some help
AKU DIMANA 🗿
these are behaviors not personality types.
Stop it. You’re hearing. You’re privileged. And a lot of your signs are wrong
And Deaf people are extremely tired of fixing mistakes. Stop it
Are you deaf? I don’t see you making videos. Also these are correct.
Hi Kelly
Who are you telling to stop it? The instructor?
Which signs do you think are wrong?
I don't know where you live, but in my personal experience there are several signs for many words. Potato is one, orange is another. I know two totally different signs for each.
I don't see anything wrong with her signs.
@@mysteryperson5147 Hi. I thought the same thing. The signs looked fine to me and I used to be an interpreter. My experience with ASL is there's often several signs for certain terms. A lot of it depends on what part of the country you're in.
I think maybe Kelly's complaints come from seeing hearing people who don't yet sign well. Sometimes we get over-confident and think we're better than we are yet. It happens with spoken languages too.

I'm completely deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in my other ear. I'm deaf and hard of hearing and I'm a middle aged adult.
