- Today I play a Grand Strategy game you might never have heard of - Super Power 2. This game literally let's you nuke anyone you want....it's amazing and might just be the most fun I've had in a while.

Also, you can change the Resolution, you simply launch the Editor tool, which serves kinda like a launcher.
Finally, I've been playing this game for 4 years and now, thanks to Alex, there will be quite some more online.

It's obviusly just a province of the Chinese People's Republic with a democratic government, freedom of speech and a different constitution and laws from mainland China. But besides the Chinese People's Party exerting no power over the government and having no treaty or official document that says Taiwan was annexed by the CPR, it is part of the CPR.

Remember playing this back in ‘05, not long after it came out. The devs just don’t put enough heart into the game. So many bugs that would be so easily fixed. But I’m glad you’re playing it, and I hope you do some sort of series.

This game is what led to me getting my own computer. I bought this game and tried running it on the family computer, but it wouldn't work. My father figured I would need a computer for college in a year anyway, so he bought me one as a birthday present. First game I installed on it!
The best way to invade a country is sending military to Antarctica, and once they're at sea send them to province you want to invade, this way you ignore the invasion range.

That's how I wanted HOI4 to be, with the border mechanics but with the gameplay like the other paradox games, they just simplified it because people whined that HOI3 was too much difficult.

Hi @Alex The Rambler I came across your channel recently and I must say that one finds it the epic of epicness. Bravo Sir for a job well done. Do have a Dim Sum Feast fit for a king on me this evening. Well one has indeed earned it lmao.
One thing you probably should NOT do in this game is nuke your allies for no reason. The AI learns from every action you or it takes and is the same for all countries, so if you just nuke France on day one as Britain, you are teaching it stupid things about strategy and making an AI that's paranoid about getting nuked by its close allies for no reason.
This was one of my favourite games when I was a teenager.

If you like the whole nuke thing I recommend Defcon, it's MP and is all about them nukes
This game was much fun on the Russian RP servers I played. The tension of building up your economy and military for like six hours, that culminates in an epic showdown of military blocks never gets old.
Especially when you don’t really get how economics work in this game, and Switzerland has betrayed you, after you trusted those bloody Swiss to place troops within your borders.

Still one of my favorite nostalgic games. superpower and superpower 2 brought me to hearts of Iron.
I used to play this since like 2008, the role-playing servers were prob my all time favorite. War required casus beli, nuke only in extreme circumstances, profiting from selling high grade weapons to ISIS. Most actions needed to be announced. Japan always breaking Article 9, peacekeeping mission in Somalia..shoutout to President J, infamous, mao and burnz for the good days :)

There's a game that lets you nuke basically every country. It's called First Strike: Final Hour and I think you should try it out for a video. From my experience, it's actually pretty fun but I play on mobile and I think there are more features in the computer version of the game.

Acally you can change the resolution bought this game a few years back and got confused with it, but you need to start the game from the video config and make it fullscreen and your desired resulution
If a third one of these comes out, I’m definitely going to buy it.

THQ Nordic is sort of a reformation of THQ. They bought the IPs of a load of old games, including destroy all humans and sponge bob, which are both having remasters to be released next year. So they sorta own a load of old stuff

its all about making the republic of congo into the richest country in the world, or singapore or something, i just made economic common market with everybody and made my taxes really low, in these multiplayer games i could have my own worlds most powerful white glittering navy
its also about making how borders how you wish thwey were,making america and china into like 10 countries out the pacific islands, and making vietnam into the bigger ancient yu land, incorporating hainan and hong hong, making them into the youcantanese
