Timelapse accelerated footage of the sun disappearing in high contrast with the shape of the moon slowly covering the light disk filmed from Oratoire St-Joseph in Montréal, Québec, Canada between 3h15 and 3h25 pm on Monday April 8th 2024 in a rare once in hundreds of years fantastic space event. Thousands of people gathered all over the city to observe this phenomenon where the passage of the moon obscured the light coming from the sun for a moment and creating night time surreal darkness on cities in its path.
