Sayama is looking exactly the same after 17 years dude ...even Kiryu until Yakuza 5 was looking younger than he was, they aged him on Y5 and in Y6 he return back to look younger...

Unfortunately it’s another unreleased track. Pretty sure it plays in Judgement too. Think you should wait till someone does an unreleased track for IW or find the BGM tracks for Judgement.
It’s in every yakuza game especillly the dragon engine games it plays during sad substories
