It is good facing a mirror when spotting. -You can watch their front and facial at the same time while still spotting. -Gives you a quicker heads-up when something is not right.

Have you tried soft tissue work or deep tissue massage? Improving sliding surfaces of tissues may help. Sometimes after injury muscles can become adhered to the fascia which will limit mobility and sensation. Getting a good massage therapist or physio may help with your problem.
I've heard the stripper squat is often your body shifting the weight off from the legs that aren't in fitness to lift it, to the back. And knee cave in body looking for more force production from the internal rotation (for which some suggest narrower stance so the knees are already there). But I'm just repeating things I've heard somewhere here. It might also apply more to professional lifters than the rest.
All you mentioned is spot on, though I have found cue-ing myself to drive up into the bar, pulling hips up and forward helps redirect the spine back to neutrality if the hips continue to push back from the initial ascent even with a braced core.

Those jumps come from getting reps in on an even basic progression. New ppl shouldn’t be maxing or even getting to failure I don’t even want that in my dna failing outside of a competition.

How is it 95kg with the whole bar full of weights that progressively get bigger. And where does 103 come from? Most bars are 20kg. Smallest weight there is 5kg so could assume it's 5,10,15,20 which would make the 95kg lift a 120kg squat. Videos confuse me

These are correct for high bar squats. For low bar squats you want to drive from the hip.

I got to a 125Kg squat in 3 months at 77Kg bodyweight. 95Kg is my last warmup. Is this supposed to be impressive? I jumped 7.5Kg a week.
