YASSA CHICKEN / POULET YASSA
1.5 kg of chicken legs and thighs / 1.5 kg de cuisses de poulet
5 medium onions chopped / 5 oignons moyens émincés
Juice of 2 1/2 lemons / Jus de 2 1/2 citrons
3 tbs of dijon mustard / 3 c.à.s. de moutarde de dijon
Green seasoning (a handful of parsley, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 fingers of ginger, all blended)
1 tbs of chicken seasoning / 1 c.à. s. d'assaisonnement de poulet
1 tbs of all-purpose seasoning / 1 c.à.s. d'assaisonnement tout usage
Black pepper / Poivre noir
Vegetable oil / Huile végétale
2 tsp of sugar / 2 c.à.c. de sucre
1 cup of olives (optional) / Olives (optionnel)

Good job hun..the chicken can also be roasted, baked, or grilled..you can fry the onions and then combine the chicken and onions...
