I have worked as a behind the scenes grunt on a few movies with Mr. Ford. Each day he arrives early, and at the beginning of a shoot he makes it a point to remember as many names of the cast and crew as he can. He puts on no airs whatsoever and he is kind and courteous to everyone right down to the people in craft services. He’s a legend who didn’t let any of his fame go to his head. Class.
Thanks for telling us that, it's good to know! I like when nice people are successful.
Cool.
That’s a lovely story. He comes across as very genuine and friendly.
He’s still just a humble carpenter
Blade runner! Enough said.
Harrison Ford’s dry humour is so good
I credit him for my own dry humor.
he‘s the best.
It's called drunk humor.
@@captainjefferies9047 it‘s called Dutch college.
so many ppl think he’s being serious and just call him grumpy. don’t understand how you can’t see he’s joking
I like the way Harrison Ford in real life has the delivery of a bad actor
You won’t live to be 80 to find out.
What’s that got to do with anything? I’m not 80 now and found out anyway
@@garywagner2466 what does that even mean
That's because he's baked. Like Willie Nelson baked. 😅
@@viktormuerte Decades of drinking. He's been addled for years. You know how many times he's crashed his airplane or landed it on the wrong runway? Nice guy I imagine, but he's an old wino. Nothing left upstairs.
Sometimes, it's honest dry humor that brings people together. Harrison Ford is a worldwide treasure.
😂🤣👎👎👎
“I guess it’s still available “
Lol that cracks me up
Harrison Ford, a senior citizen, is still such a stud that Ryan Gosling is automatically his wingman
80 years old and he’s still funny as ever
And as sexy!
I still live in the world where he was at his 60's...where in the hell does the time fly and how does Harrison looks the same as in his 60!!?
Crushing on Margot too. Though to be fair, I think she is gorgeous.
@@papagrounds I watch the OT enough that for me, he's always in his 30s.
Man, making Margot Robbie giggle like a schoolgirl is most men's dream
Yeah but we're her age, he probably sees as her as a little toddler

Margot Robbie just always comes across as immensely likeable.
She still travels on the tube with her Oyster Card. Down to earth gal.
especially on her knees.
She seems like a good laugh
I could think of a different last word
True....but you misspelled lickable.
Margot Robbie getting flustered over meeting Harrison Ford is the best and wholesome thing ever!
“Then I’ve won” 😂😂
She's not wrong. His comedy in "6 Days, 7 Nights" is so good. "We're going to be here for a long, LONG, LONG, LONNNG, LONNNNG time." XD
He's even funnier in an even more under-seen film, Hollywood Homicide. Criminally underrated.
I totally agree, I love that movie! I had in on VHS and then on DVD, and I'm sure I'll be purchasing a digital copy when my DVD player breaks. I thought it was hilarious! Anne Heche opening the lifeboat inside of the plane, and Harrison's deadpan reaction...priceless.
I thought Harrison played a funny drunk.
Loved him in The Mosquito Coast.
RIP Anne Heche
Harrison has a British sense of humour imo, dry wit and sarcasm to a tee, so fits Graham Norton's couch like a glove
let's not get ahead of ourselves. He's still American.

*"I guess it's still available"* - _Harrison Ford 2017_
My favorite moment was when Harrison Ford got a Lifetime Achievement award at the Golden Globes. The very first statement he made in his acceptance speech was, "Everyone else who's ever received this award is dead." Put the audience on the floor.
The aloofness of this man is incomparable
0:56 Harrison and Ryan turning to Margot at the same time cracks me up 😂 I don't know why
40+ years later, I'm still crushing on Harry!!!
Same here ❤
Harrison is so socially awkward, I love it.
Isn’t that a bad thing?
He's high.
@@stevem7192 Yeah man lol he's on that good kush!!! Ahaha what a legend. I guess it also helps him open up.
@@nsasupporter7557 No, the society tries to tell you it's a bad thing, but in reality it's not. Socially awkward people are the best
he's not socially awkward nowdays, I was surprised when i read he hosted after-oscar party at his house .... here in this interview he's just drunk it seems ...
The get off my plane energy is always strong with this one. There's nobody quite like him.
Sean connery was even one level above him.
I never knew Harrison Ford has such excellent sense of humour, and his delivery is splendind. I bet he could do some great stand up if he ever wanted to.
he has some bits on Letterman where he actually tells elaborate jokes, you should look them up, hilarious
I've always loved how this show places all the famous people on one couch.
Margot Robbie & Harrison Ford should do a movie together
Indiana Jones and the suicide squad
to dangerous lol
I think Margot Robbie would settle to just do Harrison Ford 😂
@@guyforlogos now that's a new movie id pay to see
6 days, 9 night perhaps?
Even awkward silence is kinda cool and funny with Harrison. This dry humour. Love that man. Oh, and how stunningly beautiful is Margot Robbie? 😍
Harrison Ford plays the “grump old man” act better than anyone else! 😂
was pretty funny seeing Margot Robbie struggling to not overly-fangirl over Harrison Ford.
I thought I was the only one that really liked Six Days, Seven Nights. I've probably seen it about 5-6 times over the years. I'm a sucker for adventure movies on an deserted island.
Me too. Love it
David Schwimmer v underrated in that film
I forget who it was that was turned down for that role.
6 days 7 nights is a very underrated movie… Anne Heche’s finest hour sadly…
I re-watched it during the pandemic and it wasn't bad
I'm a huge fan of both Harrison and Ryan (love Margot too, she's amazing) - I would have been dying if I were sitting on that couch!
And then there's that one blonde chick in the middle 🤣
You're also dying when not on the couch. That's how life works.
Margot is so good looking sheesh
You wouldn't have died. Really.
Yes!
Harrison Ford is a national treasure and a legend.
A world treasure
National Treasure is actually a Nick Cage movie.

My goodness, Margot Robbie is stunning. She has a movie star quality that hasn't been seen for 50 years, perhaps more.
I think Margo robbie is nicest girl in top class of Hollywood actress , also i believe she deserves oscar for her rule in Babylon

Anne Hecht was amazing in 'Six Days Seven Nights', it was a great fun movie and I don't know why we saw so little of her after that, she should have been up there with Meg Ryan.
Ryan Gosling always looks so happy to be on this show. For one of the coolest actors around he comes over as really down to earth. His reaction to Greg Davies story is still one of the best bits of chat shows ever. Up there with Freddy Starr and Muhammed Ali, and James Stewart poem about his dog (sad but so memorable).

Margot is so real for this
First class sense of humor !
Can´t blame her, i like that movie too.
Margot isn’t wrong. I like Six Days, Seven Nghts & I’m not a comedy person. My favorite, outside Indiana, is Frantic.
I like his comedic delivery: it’s slow & dry, almost as if he is mentally slow. Great actor and as such able times get into his characters. There’s a scene in the Fugitive where he’s masquerading as a janitor at the hospital & not only does he play the part of janitor convincingly but he also manages to convey the demeanor of a person of low social standing: the pervasive insecurity they wear in their faces.
I'm reminded of a passage from the book _Harrison Ford: The Movies_ where a hive mind studio executive told Harrison that when Tony Curtis played a delivery boy, he played him like a movie star. "Stupefied, Ford leaned forward and stated that he thought Curtis was supposed to act like a grocery delivery boy - and not a movie star."
That same executive, Jerry Tarkovsky, cut Harrison from his Columbia contract in 1968 saying that he didn't have a future in acting.
@@dlxmarks fits what I wrote to a T!! Thank you. Interesting, I might pickup his memoir.
@@emarr3720 The book is titled _Harrison Ford: The Films_ in some regions but it was written by Brad Duke. Harrison goes off on Tarkovsky in his recent episode of the Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend podcast. He's incredibly funny.
I thought What Lies beneath was underrated.
Even he was questioning the honor: "Is it?", That was funny.
My fave (non SW/IJ) role of his was Regarding Henry. The complete opposite of the action guy. As always, he kills it!
RIP Anne Heche. So sad what happened to her.
