New sub from the USA thanks for the great content , great inf . We were in Torremolinos last December for 3 weeks we went to several places in costs del sol are we are planning to rent first before buy we would like to spend 4 months there to eso the winter in NYC we love Spain and we hope to retire there in a few years ❤, thank you for covering this important information especially for expats.

We are glad you like it here, for us there are many beautiful places in Europe but the Spanish culture makes it a perfect place to live, people are always prioritising living over greed here.
